You always write for a purpose. What is the purpose and why should anybody care? You must engage the reader’s interest, no matter what you want to convey. Focus on facts and separate the facts from your opinion. Conclusions and recommendations are always an opinion. Keep editing your text and proofread, or have it proofread. Learn how to write to persuade somebody to buy, react or approve, in short to DO something. Writing is about engaging people into your story.
